Our 300-Hour Yoga Teacher Training Course is approved by the Yoga Alliance, USA.
The YogaMea School’s 300-Hour Yoga Teacher Training curriculum differs from the 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training curriculum in how to practice and guide other practitioners into more advanced expressions of open-pelvis, closed-pelvis, balance, forward-bending, twists, back-bending, side-bending, inversion, and palm balance asanas. Instruction is intended for intermediate to advanced level yoga practitioners.

Inclusions - 300 Hour Yoga Teacher Training

• 4 week 300-Hour Advanced Hatha & Ashtanga Yoga teacher training course
• Accommodations for 28 days and 27 nights
• Three daily Ayurvedic vegetarian meals, refreshments (please inform the front desk upon arrival if you are vegan or have food allergies).
• RYT 300 Yoga Alliance, USA, international certification, which allows you to teach yoga anywhere in the world.
• Sunday Excursions (or free time)
• Weekly change of sheets

Code of Conduct
• Disrespect of rules and regulations could result in the termination of studentship with no refund of fee.
• Absenting oneself from the scheduled program without prior permission of the teacher would a serious breach of discipline.
• A student must inform staff in advance if they intend to be absent for a meal so that there is no wastage of food.
• Yogamea School does not make arrangements for guests of students.
• Ensure you are on time for class or you will not be permitted to enter any class once it has commenced.
• Smoking and drinking are not permitted during training.
• Be mindful of local customs and traditions and wear modest clothing.

Refund Policy
The deposit submitted with the application is not refundable. However, in case of emergencies and other unavoidable circumstances, the management at its discretion permits participants to go for any other scheduled course/retreat within a one-year period. We, therefore, recommend that all applicants carefully examine their upcoming obligations so that they may be able to devote their full attention to our offered programs.
